Clean, looks new.
Snack bar.
Parents’ chill zone deck is awesome!.. up above the park give you full visibility of the kiddos anywhere on the trampolines.
We had a blast!
My daughter and her friends had a really fun time here. I like coming here its a nice spot for parents to sit and watch the kids play. The snacks are very pricey and not worth the prices so come ready spend $5 on a small slushy.
We drove further to visit this location because we have enjoyed it so much in the past. My first let down was the cost has risen to $25.99 per person (week day). I wasn't planning on spending over $75 for three kids. Secondly, I was disappointed in the staff. As a mom, I am all for safety but the best way I know how to describe our encounter is dealing with the "fun police". There were few people in the facility but each of my mild mannered children were watched intently and monitored with illogical, non-posted rules (that we have not encountered in the past). Caleb and Michelle were constantly combative. I would be more on board if it was posted, logical, and an attempt to keep kids safe. The announcement for our wrist band color to leave was broadcasting and before it could finish, Michelle was aggressively instructing the kids that it was time to go. As a rule follower, I didn't intend on staying longer than we paid for but a "last jump" would have been my go to. We do not intend to visit again and hope that the staff can sort out their need to anxiously await to correct a child. One star added for the facilities themselves.
I threw my sons 12th birthday and he had a blast. Our host was lots of fun, thanks Royalty.
We got the package of 10 kids with extra pizza and drinks during glow time. While it was expensive, my kid had a great time and it was his first party with friends since covid so it was worth it.
The only thing I would add is better supervision. The kids get a but rowdy
Took my granddaughter and her friend and they had a great time! They jumped and climbed for 2 hrs. Glad I took them
I would like to mention how high the prices are compared to other trampoline gyms when sky zone doesn’t have much to offer inside. The activities are limited. I paid for a 90minute session and my 3yr old was ready to go in under 30mins. I wasn’t able to keep her entertained versus if we go to another location…when we’re leaving she is crying to stay & jump a little longer.
Besides that fact, while me & my 3yr old were on the swing an associate walked up to me & informed me another customer had complained about my daughter holding up the swing. I’m a considerate parent so when other children approached us I did remove my daughter from the swing to share & once the other children (siblings) left if she decided to get back on the swing she should have every right to do so because her mother paid for the session just like other parents. I wasn’t too happy with the associate informing me about anything because it showed his lack of professionalism & customer service skills. In all honesty, I could’ve cared less about a parent complaining because their child isn’t getting their way at a public trampoline gym that’s made for kids plus that’s information he should’ve kept to his self & handled as the associate on duty. I would like for sky zone associates to be mindful that it’s a place for kids to explore because of the open floor plan & every parent deserves to feel welcomed especially after paying. The associate was inconsiderate due to him trying to please one customer but failed to think how I would feel when he delivered the message to me. Under no circumstances, I should have been informed to remove my child because another parent is wanting to have a 8 month old in the styrofoam pit (near the swing) and is afraid the older kids will jump or be in her toddlers space & also it’s like a military base…they walk around & approach you for everything….my child is 3yrs old she will need assistance getting out of the styrofoam pit for crying out loud! If sky zone wants to have only one child on the longer swings that could definitely seat two kids on both ends….then add more to prevent your associates from aggravating customers.
We got there at 657p. Online it said the location closed at 10p. The girl at the counter said at that time they were only doing 30 minutes of jumping. I paid $40+ for my kids to jump and we had to leave by 730p. Silk swings need to be cleaned.
Don’t waste your time. Outrageously priced and they don’t offer 1 hour jump times anymore. 90 minute jump only- $25.99 plus socks plus tax for ONE child and you cannot bring your own water for your kids!!!! Prices have doubled- urban air is much more fairly priced!!
